Hello.

I'm Damian.

I came to English teaching after spending many years learning foreign languages myself; I worked internationally for a number of companies and I still accompany companies in making their communications more effective. 

I have visited France since I was 13 and have lived here permanently since 2019.

I'm fascinated by words and by how other languages communicate ideas differently from my own native English.  I am always curious.

I gained my Cambridge University Celta qualification In Lyon, training with native French speakers and with students from the city.  Hence the photographs of Lyon, a city I frequent often. I live in the Cher region, near Sancerre, and just two hours from Paris.

I derive huge pleasure from teaching and strive to make learning an enjoyable and fulfilling experience for you.
